In 2017, with the strong support of the Party Committee and government of Zhejiang Province as well as Hangzhou and Yuhang District, and relying on Zhejiang Province's unique advantages in the fields of information economy and the internet industry, Qianjiang Refrigeration, in partnership with the Administration Committee of the Hangzhou Future Science and Technology Town, created the China (Hangzhou) Artificial Intelligence Town in the core area of the Hangzhou Future Science and Technology Town, pioneering various innovative elements in the town.

China (Hangzhou) Artificial Intelligence Town seizes the strategic opportunity of Hangzhou to build a national new generation of artificial intelligence innovation and development pilot zone and a national artificial intelligence innovation and application pilot zone, bringing various innovative elements in the town as the first trial.Therefore it has become an important window of provincial-level town 2.0.
